It's Spring.  It's April.   Here's a foolish notion .... public urinals.

Or not so foolish in Amsterdam.  Here are some urinals from my trip to Amsterdam last year.  I was just there again last week and did not see the public urinals any longer.  Guess the city wised up and realized how unfair it was for men to be free to unzip and pee in public, while women still have to hunt for a store with public stalls.

The public urinals were everywhere last year.

This year, I could not find them at all.

These are the old public urinals.

These you can still find in the parks and some busy streets.

They are much more discreet.

But were are the bathrooms for women?!

PANTYHOSE....MANTYHOSE?!

Yes, Carmen, real men do wear pantyhose, and we are not talking cross dressers here. 

Attention, Metrosexuals everywhere -- Mantyhose have crossed over the pond.

Mantyhose are the HOT new trend in men's fashion in Europe.  This trend is just hitting the U.S., with one store in Granville, Ohio, selling them.  I would have thought the trend would hit New York first, but I guess there is a male fashionista out west.

Mantyhoses can be ordered online, and they come in all patterns, including checks, dots, crossword puzzles, and my favorite, barbed-wire.  (I would love to see a cowboy in those!)  And, you can even order designer styles from Emilio Cavallini for $40 a pair.

Where did the idea come from?

I was at a conference and there was one braveheart with a bowtie.  I was so turned on that my hero had to have one too.   That got me thinking about office romances, quickies and long hot summer nights!

What genre does your story fall under?

Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie rendition?

Zoe Saldana and William Levy.  I think they would burn up the screen.



What is the one-sentence synopsis of your story?

Sexy bowtie leads to desire, to a romp in a supply closet, and reconciliation of old lovers!

How long did it take you to write the first draft of your story?



"Steve"

Once I got the idea, it took me two days to write it.  I sent it to the editor who was very happy with it, but she wanted me to add more sex.   I took another week to add the extra pages and ensure that the writing was seamless.

What other tales would you compare this story to within your genre?

All the stories in the GEEK LUST anthology are worth reading.  Geeks rock!

Who or what inspired you to write this story?

It all started with that bowtie.

"Geeky Bowtie"

It was the bow tie.

               He looked like a geeky old college professor with his maroon bow tie. A beige suit, sky-blue shirt, brown leather shoes covered Steve's lanky body. That suit hid a lot. A slim body, soft hairy chest and a dick of iron.

               Anne remembered it well. She knew her men. She had cooled it off with Steve after a few sessions of the same old, same old. He just wasn't as inventive in bed as he could have been.  And he abhorred public displays of affection.   Not that Anne was into PDAs herself, but a spontaneous kiss was no reason for a public meltdown. So she had cooled it with Steve for the past couple of months.

               But that bow tie made him look sexy. And when he ran his hands through his hair leaving it rumpled, Anne could see it against her pillow after a hot ride on his cock.

               Umm. Just thinking about it made her wet. She could feel the lips of her vagina plumping, and desire snaking up her spine. She wanted him now.

               But where? They both worked for a hedge fund but neither had offices. Theirs was an open seating plan.  Oh, what she wouldn't give for a soft couch and a locked door right now!

               Anne's face lit up and as pushed back from her desk. She put an extra wiggle in her step as she passed Steve, who sat two cubicles away and in front of her.

               His eyes met hers. Desire heated his gaze. A gaze that quickly ran over her form, lingering on her breasts, down her stomach, to her strong thighs courtesy of weekly zumba classes.

               Anne passed Steve and couldn't help but bump his shoulder with her hip.  It had been their secret signal.

               She felt him looking at her. She always knew when he looked at her ass.  She sent him an extra wiggle.  Anne continued to the office manager's desk as Steve left the floor.

               She had just twisted the key in the lock, when Steve appeared behind her. No sooner did she walk into the supply closet that he had her up against the wall and his cock against her crotch.
